Coordinator Rich Juzwick’s roots to the City of Cheviot stretch back to the early 20th century. His Great-Grandfather, Joseph Phoenix (Phinichisi) established one of the early brick buildings in Downtown Cheviot, in the mid-1920’s. Located on Glenmore Ave this building housed 3 apartments on its second floor and 3 store fronts (3729, 3731, 3733 Glenmore). Notable businesses located at this location: Kroger (the first in Western Hills!), Glenmore Grill, Glenmore Cleaners, Judy Link’s School of Dance & Baton, Chevwood Taxi & many more!
As a child, Rich lived at: 3731 1/2 Glenmore Ave, 3612 Gamble Ave, 3627 Glenmore Ave, 3838 Washington Ave & 3618 Meadow Ave. Rich also attended Cheviot School (Grade 3) & St. Martin of Tours (Grades 4-8).

In January 2020, Rich reached out to Cheviot Historical Society (CHS) President Rich Martin, sharing family photos of the Municipal Parking Lot from the 1950’s through the 1990’s. Since then, Rich has been a member of CHS, volunteering his time at various events, including Westside Market.
