In 2025, Rich launched his food trailer, Kungfusian. It’s inaugural serving day was hosted by Hail Mary’s Sports Bar,

around the corner from the former location of his family’s building, at 3722 Harrison Ave. With Kungfusian,

Rich has been serving “Semi-Authentic Asian Cuisine” around Greater Cincinnati, primarily focused on serving the West Side at:

Hail Mary’s, Fogarty’s Irish Pub, West Fest, Harvest Home Fair and more!

He also participated in the 2025 Harvest Home Parade, pulling the Kungfusian trailer with his wrapped,
